Dry Mark Tip #1

So like many of you I am new to the medium of Dry erase. As I grow in this experience I will share what I have learned about doing dry mark art as I find new techniques and tips. So lets get started.
Tip #1
At first I found it to be very hard because, I am used to drawing in a more permanent fashion. I had a hard time with the fact that I constantly kept bumping or brushing over lines I had just laid down. Then I would try and go back over them only to find I am mucking up the whole thing. Well If you simply layout your first few lines then allow them to dry those lines will stick better to the surface and be more forgiving when you brush over them. It will also help you when shading because the older dry lines wont mix with the new lines as easy.

I know this is not White board art, but Marv sent me his latest painting today and I really wanted to show what some of us do when we are not trying to make Dry erase master pieces. Nice work Marv!

Ok, so this is not a dry erase pic, but well worth submission. Also all drawing were done while drunk.
