John Grime and Brad Brown - Untitled

This one started with John trying to make a point and drawing two doors (the eyes). Well then it turned into this crazy guy.

Brad Brown - Untitled

I love how the glare of the light above acts like a sun. To bad the shading is in the wrong direction.

Dry Mark Tip #1

So like many of you I am new to the medium of Dry erase. As I grow in this experience I will share what I have learned about doing dry mark art as I find new techniques and tips. So lets get started.

Tip #1

At first I found it to be very hard because, I am used to drawing in a more permanent fashion. I had a hard time with the fact that I constantly kept bumping or brushing over lines I had just laid down. Then I would try and go back over them only to find I am mucking up the whole thing. Well If you simply layout your first few lines then allow them to dry those lines will stick better to the surface and be more forgiving when you brush over them. It will also help you when shading because the older dry lines wont mix with the new lines as easy.
